Been Here Before

This blog was here before by the same name some months ago. It began in a spurt of good intention as a place to store tidbits and musings, ramblings and remembrances, odd news and research. I deleted because it felt like a time suck and I don't know if anyone else cares about lights in the sky or open source flow cytometry software or my latest adventures in baking with flax seeds and agave nectar. I'm back because Seth Godin's blog inspires me to write even in short bursts and I need a hobby that's not messy.
